What you need to know as a new bride.It generally takes 6-8 months to order a wedding dress. Brides should start looking for the dress 8-10 months before set date.
Alterations normally take 6-8 weeks. You will have multiple fittings which include a consultation, pinnings and final fittings. Bridesmaids dresses typically take 3-4 months to order.
Make sure you bring your whole bride tribe to make sure you find a dress or dresses that are flattering for all body shapes.
